Intake checkpoints as a data file

All 190 statements behind the register sit in one CSV file, a row each, carrying the vendor page, the date that page gives for itself and the date it was checked. Licence: CC BY 4.0. As of 2026-09-25.

What one row of the file carriesEach row is one statement from one vendor page: an identifier, the reading, where on the page it sits, the page address and title, and two dates.A rowfact_idTool, checkpoint, number; kept through corrections.value and applies_toThe reading and its place on the page.source_url and source_nameWhere the line was read.value_since and verifiedWhen the page took this form; when it was checked.

Inclusion rule. Every column the file contains. Order. The order the columns appear in the file.

1What the file adds

The file is the register without its layout, so a spreadsheet can sort it by checkpoint, by tool or by date checked. Checkpoints a vendor leaves unanswered are included as rows carrying the file's empty wording and the date, which makes a count of silences possible; pages that could not be opened are listed on the tool records instead, because there is no statement to put in a row.

Identifiers stay put through corrections. When a vendor rewrites an intake page, the old fact_id is reused for the new wording and its dates are refreshed, so anything that cited the earlier reading still lands on a live row.

The four standards rows, Fountain, Markdown, Office Open XML and the Unicode note on counting characters, sit in the same file under identifiers that begin with std. They are what the lexicon and the primers cite when they explain a format or a unit.

2What happens after the text goes in

After the intake question in “Data”, SceneMixer describes what it does with the text:

Paste a scene or a short script and SceneMixer gives you a storyboard — numbered shots with framing and seconds — and then a moving version of each segment, which you can join into a rough cut of the scene.

Scene order, dialogue and beats follow the script; what the pipeline adds is coverage — which shot sizes, who is in frame, how long each shot holds.

3Other sections

The quote column. Each reading in the file also carries the words on its source page that it was read from, so any row can be checked against that page. Rows recorded as not stated on the pages read leave it empty.
