Lexicon: production assets
A production asset is a thing drawn once and reused across shots: a character, a place, an object. Tools that extract assets from the text keep them consistent by referring back to the same drawing. From 5 source pages, read 2026-09-25; no maker pays to be listed.
The register separates tools that name props or objects from those that stop at characters and scenes, because an object that is not an asset has to be described again in every prompt.
Vendors call these assets, Elements or production assets; the meaning is the same.
